An evening of Buddhism, breathwork, meditation and Movement
A transformative guided practice and teaching evening harmonising all elements of your being – mind, body and breathing – into a single experience of embodied nowness, based on the principles of the Mahayana and Tantric Buddhist teachings.
This event is open to all, regardless of prior practice and experience – everyone will find something of value to deepen their practice, or find new ways to integrate different health and wellbeing practices in ways that strengthen and support each other.

What to expect:
Simple breathing exercises: For deep relaxation and presence. Guided intention setting from a place of full embodiment
Movement for health and wellbeing: Based on fundamental Qigong movements and focusing on discovering your body’s inherent wisdom to heal, restore and strengthen itself
Mindfulness (Shamata) Meditation: To still the mind, discover the peace that arises from abiding in the present, and strengthen your ability to cut through distracting habitual thoughts and emotions in order to discover the power of your own awareness
Insight (Vipassana) Meditation: With the clear, lucid and strong mind that arises from shamata you will be guided in direct as well as contemplative methods to investigate and understand the nature of your own mind and awareness. These practices are based on the Mahamudra and Dzogchen teachings of Tibetan Buddhism
Talk: On the possible connection between Buddhist practices and psychedelic experiences. There will be plenty of time to discuss and ask questions.
Followed by optional social time to get to know each other.
